'The Functionality of Regulatory Systems in Church Labor Law': The dissertation states, if and how church labor law systems function. It concludes, that this is the case, if three requirements are met. The necessary regulatory freedom and an appropriate regulatory system to develop fitting rules need to be guaranteed. Furthermore, those rules need to reach the employee-employer relationship. There are several issues in this context, some of them unsolved. Here, the dissertation provides answers and solutions.
