The Political System of Taiwan

Der Kommentar ist von Prof. Dr. Aldo Zaugg † begründet und in zwei Auflagen (1987 und 1995) herausgegeben worden. Prof. Dr. Peter Ludwig, ehemals Präsident des bernischen Verwaltungsgerichts und langjähriger nebenamtlicher Bundesrichter, hat ihn jeweils für die Auflagen 3-5  (2007, 2013 und 2020) überarbeitet und nun auch für die sechste Auflage wieder nachgeführt. Der Kommentar ist ein Standardwerk zum Baugesetz und seinen Nebenerlassen (Bauverordnung, Baubewilligungsdekret usw.). Er ist sowohl bei Juristen als auch bei Laien sehr beliebt. Der Kommentar bezieht die übrigen für das Bau- und Planungsrecht wesentlichen Erlasse mit ein, so insbesondere die Bundesgesetze über Raumplanung, Umweltschutz, Natur- und Heimatschutz, Gewässerschutz sowie Zweitwohnungen, ferner die bernischen Gesetze über See- und Flussufer, Strassen, Wasserbau und Wald. Berücksichtigt sind selbstredend auch die einschlägigen Verfahrensgesetze (Koordinationsgesetz, Verwaltungsrechtspflegegesetz, Bundesgerichtsgesetz).Der vorliegende Band umfasst das Baurecht (Art. 1-52). Das Planungsrecht (Art. 53-153) ist in Band II kommentiert. Dieser ist in fünfter Auflage 2024 erschienen. Eine sechste Auflage ist für später geplant.
