Research on Religious and Spiritual Education

Religionsdemografische Transformationsprozesse führen seit Jahren zu einer zunehmenden Heterogenität der Lerngruppen des konfessionellen Religionsunterrichts in Bayern. Diese zeigt sich sowohl auf Ebene der formalen (Nicht-)Zugehörigkeit zu Religionsgemeinschaften als auch hinsichtlich höchst individueller religions- und weltanschauungsbezogener Positionen. Vor diesem Hintergrund und im Hinblick auf die Konzeption einer zukunftsfähigen Religionslehrkräftebildung untersucht die qualitativ-empirische Studie, wie Religionslehrkräfte diese Heterogenität wahrnehmen und bewerten, wie sie ihr im Unterricht begegnen und welche Bedarfe sie für einen angemessenen Umgang mit heterogenen Lerngruppen formulieren. Hierzu wurden Fokusgruppendiskussionen mit evangelischen und katholischen Religionslehrkräften an bayerischen Realschulen geführt und mittels qualitativer Inhaltsanalyse ausgewertet.
