He's the type who always gets away with everything, including shooting a Haitian refugee for 'practice'. But his easy life of women, golf and guns is about to get a little harder when vacationing Detroit cop Bryan Hurd and wily journalist Angela Nolan team up and start asking some uncomfortable questions. Soon they find themselves on a collision course with a killer for whom murder is just a game - although he may have just met his match.
