Cet ouvrage tente d'examiner de manière empirique l'influence des récompenses sur l'amélioration de la performance des employés, ainsi que de déterminer les principes d'approches efficaces en matière de gestion de la performance à l'université Koya de la région du Kurdistan irakien. Un questionnaire d'enquête a été élaboré à l'aide de Google Form et distribué aux employés. 72 employés ont répondu au questionnaire et sept employés ont également été interrogés dans le cadre d'entretiens semi-structurés. Les données obtenues à partir du questionnaire ont été analysées quantitativement à l'aide du programme SPSS version 20 pour les outils statistiques descriptifs et inférentiels. En outre, les données recueillies lors des entretiens semi-structurés ont été analysées qualitativement à l'aide du logiciel HyperResearch. Les résultats de cet ouvrage ont révélé qu'il existe une relation positive significative mais faible entre la rémunération au mérite, les avantages non monétaires, le salaire, les avantages sociaux, les besoins des employés et la performance des employés. Il existe une relation négative entre les primes et les incitations et les performances des employés.
