Planning and Economic Growth

Planning and Economic Growth (1965) is an analysis of the problem of unemployment in an over-populated, under-developed economy, and of the relation of investment to employment. It looks at the effect of planned economic development on relative prices, as well as dealing with certain international aspects of economic growth.
