Hungarian Yearbook of International Law and European Law 2025

The Hungarian Yearbook of International Law and European Law presents, contextualizes and analyzes the most important international judicial forum's decisions (in particular: CJEU, ECtHR), which relate to Hungary (e.g. either Hungary is one of the parties to the case, or the proceedings were initiated by Hungarian courts or Hungarian citizens/legal entities). The Hungarian Yearbook's other aim is to provide an opportunity for Hungarian researchers to present their latest research findings in the field of European law and international law to the international public. The Hungarian Yearbook also regularly presents developments in the application of international law and European law by Hungarian courts. This Title is also Available as Open Access.
