WHAT, WHY AND HOW?

NOMOSEINFÜHRUNG

Obgleich sich grundrechtsrelevante Fragen in der Fallbearbeitung häufig stellen, sind viele unsicher, wie mit ihnen umzugehen ist. Das neue Buch von Huster versteht sich ausdrücklich nicht als ein weiteres Lehrbuch zu den Grundrechten; es erläutert vielmehr Sinn und Zweck der Figuren der allgemeinen Grundrechtslehren und will damit - abgeleitet aus der Funktion der Grundrechte - zu einer adäquaten, d.h. zu einer an der Intention der Grundrechte orientierten Prüfung des Einzelfalls hinführen.

Allgemeine Grundrechtsdogmatik

Die Vorgaben der KI-Verordnung (KI-VO) dienen dem Schutz der Sicherheit und der Wahrung der Grundrechte der Unionsbürgerinnen und Unionsbürger. Der Rechtsakt legt hierfür insbesondere die Anforderungen für Anbieter und Betreiber von hochriskanten KI-Systemen fest und ist Grundlage eines neuen Aufsichtssystems. 

Der NK-KI-VO

Plato's Apology
