She has advised institutions including the ECB and EBRD and publishes widely on corporate sustainability and financial regulation.
 Konstantinos Serdaris
 is Assistant Professor of European Economic Law at Utrecht University. He holds a PhD from the European University Institute and is a qualified lawyer. His research focuses on EU financial and capital markets law, and he is the author of the book&nbsp;
