'E-Sports and Sport': This doctoral thesis examines key public law issues in e-sports under German law, focusing on its legal qualification as a sport, its status under nonprofit law, and youth protection regulations. Analyzing core sporting criteria, it demonstrates that e-sports cannot be unequivocally classified as a sport in law, and explores the resulting legal implications.
