'The Criticism of § 184i StGB (Sexual Harassment) and § 184j StGB (Group Offenses)': Since the implementation of the criminal norms § 184i StGB (sexual harassment) and § 184j StGB (criminal offenses from groups), there has been a critical discussion in legal literature as to whether these offenses exceed the threshold of criminal conduct.
