Das Kirchenmusikalische Jahrbuch 2025 enthält aktuelle Forschungsbeiträge aus der Musikwissenschaft und Kunstgeschichte zu den Wechselbeziehungen zwischen sakralen Klängen und Räumen. Die Beiträge nehmen langfristige Grundfragen des Generalthemas vom Mittelalter bis zur Gegenwart in interdisziplinärer Perspektive in den Blick. Das Bundesinstitut für Berufsbildung wertet jährlich die tariflichen Ausbildungsvergütungen zum Stand 1. Oktober aus. 2025 erhielten Auszubildende in tarifgebundenen Betrieben im Durchschnitt 1.209 Euro pro Monat. Die tariflichen Ausbildungsvergütungen erhöhten sich um 6,7 Prozent. Dies war der höchste Anstieg, seitdem bundesdeutsche Gesamtdurchschnitte ermittelt werden. Bereits 2024 wurde mit 6,3 Prozent eine Zunahme in ähnlicher Dimension gemessen. Durch die hohen Zuwächse konnten die Verluste bei den realen Vergütungen, insbesondere zwischen 2021 und 2023, weitgehend ausgeglichen werden. Ludwigsburger Schriften Öffentliche Verwaltung und Finanzen

»Angewandte Forschung« für den öffentlichen Sektor
Das Institut für Angewandte Forschung (IAF) ist die zentrale wissenschaftliche Einrichtung der Hochschule für öffentliche Verwaltung und Finanzen Ludwigsburg. Es dient der Durchführung von Grundlagenforschung und anwendungsorientierten Forschungs- und Entwicklungsvorhaben sowie der Erarbeitung von Grundlagen für die wissenschaftliche Weiterbildung. Unter dem Begriff der »anwendungsorientierten Forschung« versteht das IAF dabei eine Forschung, die in ihrer Themenstellung und in ihren Ergebnissen für die Praxis des öffentlichen Sektors verwertbar ist.
Die Beiträge des Jahrbuchs geben einen umfassenden Einblick in die Breite der Forschungsaktivitäten, die im zurückliegenden Jahr – über vier Fachcluster hinweg – an den insgesamt 17 Einzelinstituten und Kompetenzzentren des IAF sowie darüber hinaus betrieben worden sind.
Schwerpunkt Bürokratieabbau
Es ist das dritte Jahrbuch mit einem eigenen Schwerpunkt und widmet sich in großen Teilen dem Thema Bürokratieabbau. Mehrere Beiträge beruhen auf Vorträgen im Rahmen der Fachtagung »Red Tape durch Recht? Herausforderungen für den Bürokratieabbau im Rechtsstaat«, die am 7. Mai 2025 an der HVF stattfand.
Am Puls der Zeit
Thematisch decken die Beiträge die verschiedensten Bereiche der Sozial-, Wirtschafts- und Rechtswissenschaften ab, wobei die praktische Relevanz für den öffentlichen Sektor die einigende Klammer bildet. Im Einzelnen geht es dabei – neben dem Bürokratieabbau in all seinen Facetten – u.a. auch um den Zeugnisanspruch im öffentlichen Dienst, die Reform der Landesbauordnung BW, das neue Bundesministerium für Digitales und Staatsmodernisierung sowie um die Frage nach einer zunehmenden Ungleichverteilung in Deutschland.
Die insgesamt 18 Fachbeiträge des Bandes wurden von Forschenden beider Fakultäten an der HVF Ludwigsburg sowie von assoziierten Mitgliedern des Instituts für Angewandte Forschung und Referentinnen und Referenten der Fachtagung »Red Tape durch Recht? Herausforderungen für den Bürokratieabbau im Rechtsstaat« verfasst.
Wegweisende Schriftenreihe
Das Jahrbuch erscheint als Band 8 der Reihe »Ludwigsburger Schriften Öffentliche Verwaltung und Finanzen«, die von Gerald G. Sander, Jörg Dürrschmidt und Christian F. Majer herausgegeben wird. Neben Dissertationen werden hier auch Tagungsbände, Gutachten und Jahrbücher publiziert. Die einzelnen Titel der Reihe sind nicht nur für Wissenschaftlerinnen und Wissenschaftler von Interesse, sondern bereichern auch Praktikerinnen und Praktiker aus unterschiedlichen Fachbereichen.
