Practical Workflows for Research, Customer Support, Documents, and Administration

Masterarbeit aus dem Jahr 2024 im Fachbereich BWL - Customer-Relationship-Management, CRM, University of South Africa, Sprache: Deutsch, Abstract: Despite the importance placed on total quality management as a key to success of an organisation, there is still a significant lack of consensus on the extent of its influence on the customer service satisfaction, especially in a public sector. This gap in literature prompted this research project. This study attempts to address such gap, by determining and analysing how, and the extent to which implementation of total quality management influence customer service satisfaction. The three dimensions of total quality management investigated in this study are continuous improvement, leadership, and information dissemination. These dimensions are selected purposively for this research project from the 8 principles of total quality managements proposed by the ISO 9000 version 2000. The study aims at reporting the implementation of total quality management levels of the uThungulu municipality and the customer service satisfaction levels of uThungulu’s customers. Furthermore, the study also aimed to make recommendations to the uThungulu management on how to improve implementation of total quality management in order to strengthen their service delivery and achieve high customer satisfaction.

Digitales Lernen und New Work. Zusammenhang und Anwendung

Seminar paper from the year 2024 in the subject Business economics - Market research, grade: 1,3, University of Mannheim (Sales and Services Marketing), language: English, abstract: This paper explores the impact of the direct sales model on customer perception within the automotive industry, particularly in the context of digital transformation accelerated by the COVID-19 pandemic. By comparing traditional dealership-based sales models with the direct-to-consumer approach, the research aims to understand how these models influence consumer behavior and decision-making processes. The study highlights the growing importance of digital channels, price transparency, and customer-centric strategies, providing insights into the potential for Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) to enhance customer loyalty and brand perception through innovative sales models.

50 Unconventional Clinical Careers for Physicians: Unique Ways to Use Your Medical Degree Without Leaving Patient Care is a comprehensive guide to exploring alternative paths in clinical medicine.

Written by Sylvie Stacy, MD, MPH, author of the best-selling book 50 Nonclinical Careers for Physicians: Fulfilling, Meaningful, and Lucrative Alternatives to Direct Patient Care, (2020) this NEW book is essential for physicians who are looking to move away from traditional clinical practice and explore new avenues in medicine.

Conventional medical practice (e.g., traditional group or solo practice, employed by a hospital or healthcare system) sometimes leaves physicians feeling unfulfilled, frustrated, burned out, and undervalued - especially as healthcare corporations are increasingly not owned by physicians, as the scope of work of advanced practice providers increases, and as administrative burdens on physicians increase.

However, many physicians don't realize the alternatives that are available to them. Many feel "stuck" in the type of practice they are displeased with. Others feel that they must leave medicine entirely. This book will advise them of a happy medium: uncommon and atypical types of clinical practices.

Each chapter includes general information about the career area, what physicians do in this type of work, and what makes it unconventional. The chapter also covers options for employers or practice types and how to get into this type of career.

Each section also includes an interview with a physician who practices in that area, providing readers with a real-world perspective on these careers.

As a bonus, part 3 of the book covers how to transition to an unconventional clinical practice. It provides information on gaining the necessary knowledge and skills, making a career change, starting an unconventional clinical practice, and succeeding in an unconventional role. It also addresses legal considerations, including malpractice and laws and regulations that may come into play.

50 Unconventional Clinical Careers for Physicians provides a comprehensive overview of alternative paths in medicine and covers everything from why a physician may want to consider an unconventional career to how to transition to an unconventional clinical practice.

The book is written in an accessible and engaging style and designed to augment the actionable advice from the author. It is a must-read for any physician who is feeling unfulfilled, frustrated, burned out, or undervalued in their current practice setting.

Research Paper (undergraduate) from the year 2005 in the subject Business economics - Offline Marketing and Online Marketing, grade: 1,3, University of Cooperative Education Riesa, language: English, abstract: This study focuses on aspects of customer loyalty in the business-to-consumer sector, which looks at the relationship between companies and end consumers. As a result, the loyalty of customers in the business-to-business sector, e.g. of companies to their suppliers, is neglected. Behavioural and social science approaches to explain customer loyalty are not part of this study. The aim of the thesis is to present an overview of customer loyalty, instruments of customer loyalty, the most important terms relevant in connection with customer loyalty and practicable methods for controlling customer loyalty management. To this end, the necessity for customer loyalty is first explained and a definition of central terms is carried out. Subsequently, different goals and variants of customer loyalty are presented. In the further explanations, an overview of the most important customer loyalty instruments within the framework of the marketing dimensions is given, which is followed by a list of prerequisites and aspects to be considered when introducing a customer loyalty system. The work is rounded off by the presentation of the correlation between customer loyalty and customer satisfaction as well as the possibilities for controlling customer loyalty management, so that this study work can be regarded as a compact "guide" through the phenomenon of customer loyalty. Planning Your Career Through Intense Interests

Seminar paper from the year 2023 in the subject Business economics - Business Management, Corporate Governance, grade: 2.0, Heilbronn University of Applied Sciences (Hochschule), course: Business English IV, language: English, abstract: I am particularly interested in exploring how SAP is embracing the "New Work" movement and the importance of this transformation for both the company and its employees. I hope to gain a deeper understanding of how the movement is reshaping the workplace and why it is so important for companies to embrace these changes to remain competitive in today's rapidly evolving business society. I will do so by looking at SAP's approach to the "New Work" movement by using eight clusters, including flexible working arrangements like the "Pleg to Flex" concept. At the end, I hope to have gained enough information about this topic to be able to show the challenges SAP is facing while implementing the “New Work” movement.
