Bachelorarbeit aus dem Jahr 2022 im Fachbereich BWL - Sonstiges, Note: 1, Universität Wien, Sprache: Deutsch, Abstract: Die vorliegende Bachelorarbeit setzt sich mit unterschiedlichen Maßnahmen zur Förderung der Work-Life Balance, in zwei besonders von der Covid 19-Pandemie betroffenen Branchen – dem Gesundheitswesen und dem Bildungswesen – auseinander. Zunächst werden allgemeine, branchenunabhängige Maßnahmen zur Förderung der Work-Life Balance aufgezeigt und deren Nutzen aus Unternehmenssicht beleuchtet. Da herkömmliche Maßnahmen, wie die Flexibilisierung des Arbeitsortes und der Arbeitszeit beim medizinischen und pädagogischen Personal aufgrund der notwendigen, persönlichen Interaktion nur bedingt umsetzbar sind, soll diese Arbeit gezielte Handlungsempfehlungen geben, durch deren Umsetzung die Work-Life Balance in den beiden Berufsgruppen gefördert werden soll.

Master's Thesis from the year 2018 in the subject Economics - Foreign Trade Theory, Trade Policy, grade: Excellent, , course: Development Economics, language: English, abstract: This study is conducted to investigate Ethiopian exports efficiency by using a stochastic frontier analysis model with panel data to estimate if countries operated at the frontier with its major trading partners. Export efficiency is defined as the ratio of actual exports to the maximum possible volume. In addition, the study investigates the factors of export efficiency, focusing on Ethiopia’s exports to its major trading partners during the period 2006 to 2017. The arable land, gross domestic product and population of Ethiopia and of the trade partner’s countries, distance between Ethiopia and trade partners’ countries, gross capital formation, and geographical location of trade partner’s countries determines the export flows of Ethiopian export.As a result the estimated coefficient of determinants shows that population and gross domestic product have significantly and positively affect the Ethiopian export sector. The empirical results show that the volume of Ethiopian actual exports is far below the estimated efficient level, and that there is considerable room for increasing Ethiopia’s exports. The trend of agricultural export efficiency shows some improvement over the stated years while manufacturing sector shows decreases. Those findings imply that Ethiopia should search the redemption policy that enables the country to maximize the efficiency of the sector by using all possible potential.

Antoni Nadbrze¿ny exposes the personalistic character of Schillebeeckx's Mariology. In his book the author presents Mary as a human being whose holiness is great and mysterious. According to the Flemish theologian, Mary becomes the guarantor of the full and true humanity of Jesus. It is a Mariology that finds its foundation in the history of salvation. The book does not follow the path of abstract metaphysics, but pays more attention to the real and existential elements of Mary's life. This reinterpretation finds its source in the application of phenomenological thought. In his theological picture of Mary, Schillebeeckx rejects all Gnostic, idyllic and dualistic thoughts. The Mother of God appears as someone who seeks God, who shares the tragic fate of the world and recognizes her place and mission in salvation history. She participates in human suffering and the trial of faith.

This book presents philosophy as a historical series of answers to two questions: the meaning&nbsp;question (what does it all mean?)&nbsp;and the reality&nbsp;question (what is real rather than illusory?).&nbsp;Presenting philosophy as a historical series of answers to these two questions gives a new view of philosophy. It reveals a coherence between the disparate problems of philosophy which is not apparent when philosophy is approached in a systematic and timeless manner. 
On the basis of this historical approach, the book argues that philosophy was initially concerned primarily with the nature of reality but changed its focus when science was established as a separate discipline in the 17th century. Philosophy’s main concern is now the meaning question with a focus on questions of value as discussed in moral and political philosophy and in aesthetics. 
This book is essential reading for all scholars and researchers in philosophy and especially those interested in the history of philosophy. Ulrich&nbsp;Steinvorth&nbsp;is a Professor Emeritus of the University of Hamburg, Germany. There has been a steady stream of articles written on the relations between conceptions of meaning and the interpretation of literature, but there remains a need for a book that both introduces and significantly contributes to an elucidation and understanding of the ways that voice and tone contribute to the determination of meaning. Only rarely have considerations of voice been brought together with considerations of meaning-determination (the work of Stanley Cavell, covered in one section of this book, is a leading example). This volume thus offers an analytically acute and culturally rich way of understanding how it is that we can productively think philosophically about meaning in language and literature in a more inclusive, expansive, and indeed human way. Garry L.&nbsp;Hagberg&nbsp;is the James H.
