Employee Well-Being

Theory and Practice

“This is a book that explains two important things. First, why organizations should care about well-being. Second, why the challenge is rife with obstacles and difficulties. The book, in other words, tells us why creating organizational well-being is not for the faint of heart.”

—Miguel Pina e Cunha, NOVA School of Business and Economics, Portugal
