'The Assignment of Claims in the Residual Debt Discharge Procedure': This paper describes the development away from the originally clear separation of insolvency and residual debt discharge proceedings towards a merging of both proceedings through several legislative reforms. It examines the fate of pre-insolvency assignments and the legal nature of the assignment declaration under section 287 paragraph 2 sentence 1 InsO, particularly from a methodological perspective.
