'The Admissibility of Evidence Obtained through European Investigation Orders in German Criminal Proceedings': This thesis deals with the question of how evidence collected in other European countries can be used in German criminal proceedings. In addition to explaining the collection of evidence on the basis of European mutual legal assistance in criminal matters and the Directive on the European Investigation Order, this thesis presents a fundamental concept for the admissibility of such evidence in German criminal proceedings.
