Nachhaltigkeit und Recht

Das "Trainingshandbuch Grundstückswertermittlung" ist eine kompakte Lernhilfe zur Überprüfung des Wissens zur Wertermittlung von bebauten unbebauten Grundstücken und kann ergänzend zur Prüfungsvorbereitung im Rahmen der "Zertifizierung" bei einer akkreditierten Stelle oder der "öffentlichen Bestellung" sowie weiterer Abschlussprüfungen herangezogen werden.
Es bietet ein strukturiertes Update. Zu den Antworten auf die jeweils gestellten Fragen werden weiterführende Hinweise und Quellenangaben sowie Fundstellen mit vertiefender Literatur angegeben. 
Das Buch erstreckt sich im theoretischen Teil über die wesentlichen relevanten Themengebiete der Wertermittlung von Grundstücken (insbesondere Rechtsgrundlagen, Verfahren, Statistik). Der praktische Teil umfasst Bewertungsaufgaben und Praxishilfen.
Dem Werk wurden die aktuellen Gesetze, Verordnungen und Richtlinien sowie Urteile zugrunde gelegt und heben somit das Trainingshandbuch auf dem aktuellen Stand der Wertermittlungslehre.
