'The Right of Clemency. A Contemporary Complement to German Sanctions Law?"': The thesis demonstrates, through analysis of clemency regulations and empirical data, that clemency as a case-by-case corrective measure still retains its legitimacy within the current legal system. Furthermore, gaps and discrepancies in clemency law are identified, and concrete reform proposals are put forward aimed at establishing a fair, legally compliant, transparent, and uniform clemency framework.
