'The Geoeconomic Potential of the EU. Competence Framework for Geoeconomic Objectives in the Common Commercial Policy under EU Law': The thesis examines the strategic reorientation of the EU's trade policy, which is increasingly shaped by considerations of economic security and resilience. Against the background of a rapidly evolving international order marked by growing geopolitical tensions, it analyzes the EU's ability to pursue geoeconomic objectives within the framework of EU law. The thesis argues that the EU should make full use of its existing legal competences while further strengthening its capacity to act geoeconomically. Doing so would enhance the EU's ability to safeguard and advance its common values and interests on the global stage.
