Denn jede denkbare Änderung muss sich an den Vorgaben der GRCh messen lassen. Die ungebremst anwachsende Rechtsprechung des Europäischen Gerichtshofs zum Datenschutz beeinflusst die Datenschutzpraxis bis in Details hinein.
