En este libro se tratan los temas imprecindibles de derecho del trabajo: antecedentes históricos; actores de la relación laboral; los conceptos de ésta y de jornada de trabajo; tipos de salario; derechos y prestaciones laborales; derechos, obligaciones y prohibiciones de trabajadores y patrones; suspensión, rescisión y terminación de la relación de trabajo en forma individual o colectiva y sus consecuencias legales. Se toma en cuenta la reforma laboral de 2012.
