Das Klimaabkommen von Paris ist nun bereits seit 10 Jahren für alle 195 Staaten der Erde rechtsverbindlich. Damit ist ein wichtiger Schritt zur Klimaneutralität gemacht, der Weg bleibt jedoch noch lang. Dieses Fachbuch fasst aktuelle wissenschaftliche Erkenntnisse zu Klima-assoziierten Augenerkrankungen und praktische Empfehlungen zur Etablierung einer nachhaltigen Arbeitsweise in der Ophthalmologie, sowohl für die Klinik als auch in der Niederlassung zusammen.Hierbei wird unter anderem auf allgemeine Maßnahmen am ärztlichen Untersuchungsplatz und im OP, wie z. “One Blueprint” is one of the most important concepts on spatial planning system reform in China nowadays. After picturing a big-view of multi-planning structure on city/county territory, this book is pioneered to generate the One Blueprint theoretical framework: 1) The nature of One Blueprint lies in guiding the coordination of multiple spatial intervention actions and instruments; 2) For any form and content of spatial related planning, the nature of spatial intervention can be deconstructed into the following three sub-system including Spatial “Areas” Zoning, Spatial “Elements” Allocating, and Spatial “Patterns” Shaping. Therefore, the coordination problem of spatial intervention action complexity could finally return to the reorganization of the above intervention sub-systems. On the basis of more than 600 spatial related plan cases and 1800 planning related documents as database, the following work has discovered all the organization rules, technical routes and spatial intervention mechanisms on the above three spatial intervention sub-systems in depth. The whole work develops an approach for multi-planning integration at the bottom logic, giving positive enlightenment for reshaping spatial planning system in China and beyond.

What can one city tell us about the global textile waste problem? This Open Access study is the first detailed ethnography of clothing waste infrastructures that starts where the problem starts - the Global North. Based on more than 100 interviews, cultural anthropologist Heike Derwanz follows the journey of fast fashion in Hamburg, Germany: starting with two women from different socio-economic backgrounds sorting through their wardrobes, travelling through local flea markets, eBay, church clothes banks, upcycling brands and recycling sites, only to end up in homes and waste heaps in the Global South. Bringing together human agents such as designers, social workers and vintage sellers with objects from containers, plastic sacks and internet platforms to piles of sorted textiles, this on-the-ground cultural study reveals how the global economic system of fast fashion shapes local infrastructures entangled in everyday lives. Combining material culture, waste studies and economic perspectives to scrutinize the so-called circular economy of today's global textile recycling market, Derwanz investigates what agency modern consumers really have in the lifecycle of their clothes.
