„Kooperative Baulandmodelle“ dienen der Umsetzung kommunaler Baulandstrategien im Sinne einer sozialgerechten Bodennutzung auf privaten Grundstücken. Im Zuge ihrer Anwendung verpflichten sich private Grundstückseigentümer vertraglich zur Herstellung bezahlbarer Wohnungen und erhalten im Gegenzug Baurecht. Die Arbeit untersucht den Einfluss des Instruments auf die Akteure der Wohnungswirtschaft unter besonderer Berücksichtigung der Wohnungsmärkte der Städte Berlin, Düsseldorf und Köln.
Der Autor ist seit 2013 als Immobiliengutachter tätig. Seit 2020 verknüpft er als wissenschaftlicher Mitarbeiter am Fachgebiet Raumplanungs- und Umweltrecht (TU Dortmund, Fakultät Raumplanung) praktische Erfahrungen mit wissenschaftlichen Erkenntnissen.
