Der Folgeband zu 'Pisé - Stampflehm' führt die anwendungsbezogene Analyse und Vorstellung des Bauens mit natürlichen Materialien weiter. Gegenüber der Untersuchung des Stampflehmbaus wird in 'Hybridkonstruktionen' das Bauen mit verschiedenen Lehmbauweisen und in Kombination mit anderen Materialien vorgestellt.
Ausgehend von der Analyse historischer Bauten in Marokko, Süd- und Mitteleuropa vermittelt das Buch Wissen für heutige Einsatzmöglichkeiten des Lehmhybridbaus - nicht nur konstruktiv, auch im Bereich der Gebäudekonditionierung.
Wie dies aussehen kann, zeigen Arbeiten von Studierenden der EPFL Lausanne, der TU München und der ETH Zürich. 
Zugleich dokumentieren Bauten, wie der mit vorgespanntem Stampflehm realisierte Ofenturm in Cham oder das Projekt Hortus
in Basel - ein Holzbau mit einer hybriden Deckenkonstruktion aus Lehm und Holz -, wie die Umsetzung in der Praxis gelingen kann. Forschungsbauten von Florian Nagler in Bad Aibling und München demonstrieren, dass mit hybriden Bauweisen und
einem Lowtech-Ansatz zeitgemässe Architektur realisierbar ist.

Thematisiert werden u. a. folgende Fragen:
- Wie gelingt die Integration neuer Materialien und Konstruktionen in das Stadt- und Ortsbild?
- Kann durch nachwachsende Rohstoffe der Ressourcenverbrauch drastisch gesenkt werden?
- Gelingt es durch Vorfertigung, die Baukosten so weit zu senken, dass die alternativen Konstruktionsweisen konkurrenzfähig sind auf dem Markt?
- Tragwerk, Ertüchtigung der Konstruktion für die Aufnahme vom Zugkräftigen.
- Lowtech statt hochgerüsteter Gebäudetechnik verringert nicht nur den Verbrauch von Rohstoffen, sondern auch von Energie.
- Klimatische Konditionierung durch passive Massnahmen statt energieintensiver Gebäudetechnik.

It critically examines how the liberal-individualist foundations of civil procedure—rooted in 18th- and 19th-century private law—continue to shape the concepts of jurisdiction, action, defense, and process, often in ways that are misaligned with the collective and complex nature of modern legal disputes.Through the lens of financial compensation for mineral exploitation, the work explores the dual role of the Public Power as both rights-holder and representative of diffuse interests, revealing the inadequacy of traditional procedural categories in addressing collective claims. This tension underscores the need to rethink the procedural framework, especially when the judiciary is called upon to act beyond the strict confines of party-submitted claims.The book proposes a shift toward a more systemic and public-oriented understanding of judicial activity, grounded in the principle of proportionality—understood here in its pan-procedural dimension. Rather than evaluating procedural guarantees solely within the boundaries of individual cases, it advocates for a broader analysis that considers the efficiency and legitimacy of the judiciary as a public service.
