Notarielle Pflichten bei Gründungs- und Organisationsprozessen von Blockchain-Aktiengesellschaften

Wie lässt sich Kryptoökonomie als interdisziplinäres Paradigma strategischer Souveränität im 21. Jahrhundert konzeptualisieren?

Diese Monografie untersucht die&nbsp;Kryptoökonomie&nbsp;als interdisziplinäres Feld, das Prinzipien der&nbsp;Spieltheorie,&nbsp;Informatik&nbsp;und&nbsp;Thermodynamik&nbsp;miteinander verknüpft. Dabei werden Parallelen zwischen den emergenten Mustern biologischer Selbstorganisation und der technischen Resilienz genehmigungsfreier Netzwerke gezogen. Der Wert des Konsenses ergibt sich aus der Bindung gemeinschaftlich bereitgestellter Ressourcen.
Kryptoökonomie wird hier als wissenschaftliche Disziplin begriffen, die menschliches Verhalten innerhalb dezentraler Systeme durch gezielte Anreizstrukturen steuert und dabei auf zentrale institutionelle Instanzen verzichtet. Darauf aufbauend werden Smart Contracts, DeFi, Tokenisierung, Skalierungslösungen und dezentrale autonome Organisationen als Bausteine neuer Koordinationsformen diskutiert.
Doch dieses Buch beleuchtet nicht nur technische Details, sondern zeigt, warum genehmigungsfreie Konsensprotokolle ein neues Organisationsprinzip sozialer Kooperation darstellen. Ähnlich wie der Buchdruck, der ab dem 16. Jahrhundert die Demokratisierung von Wissen förderte, ebnen genehmigungsfreie Blockchain-Protokolle wie Bitcoin oder Ethereum den Weg zu einer dezentralen Gesellschaftsform, in der Offenheit, Neutralität und Zensurresistenz dominieren, um postdemokratische Strukturen zu transformieren. Eine besondere Rolle spielt die Energiekopplung des Bitcoin-Netzwerks, da diese zu einer Senkung der Zeitpräferenz führt und somit zu einem nachhaltigen Wirtschaftsmodell beiträgt.
Darüber hinaus wird die Blockchain-Technologie als Instrument zur Verwaltung künstlicher Intelligenz sowie im Rahmen geopolitischer Sicherheitsstrategien erörtert, insbesondere im Spannungsfeld zwischen digitaler Souveränität und digitalem Zentralbankgeld (CBDC).
