'Preclusive Periods in General Terms and Conditions of Employment Contracts': The work examines preclusive periods used in employment contract GTCs from all possible perspectives. It comes to the conclusion that the preclusive periods commonly used in practice do not meet the legal requirements in various respects and develops a draft clause that is legally secure and suitable for use in practice. In addition, the work deals with old case problems and, in particular, with the fundamental question of whether the law on general terms and conditions imposes a continued transparency control for continuing obligations.
