En ocasión de la inauguración del Centro Leverhulme para el Futuro de la Inteligencia en la Universidad de Harvard, el astrofísico Stephen Hawking resumió sus preocupaciones en la siguiente frase: "El surgimiento de una poderosa inteligencia artificial será lo mejor o lo peor que le haya pasado a la humanidad, todavía no lo sabemos". En esta frase radica el modo en que podemos aproximarnos a la Inteligencia Artificial: abrirnos paso en un camino que se encuentra entre el entusiasmo y la cautela, entre la maravilla y el terror.

Bachelorarbeit aus dem Jahr 2021 im Fachbereich BWL - Offline-Marketing und Online-Marketing, Note: 1,6, Hochschule für Technik und Wirtschaft des Saarlandes, Sprache: Deutsch, Abstract: Die vorliegende Arbeit befasst sich mit der Frage "Wie wirkt sich der digitale Wandel auf das Marketing aus?". Das Ziel ist hierbei, die Entwicklung des Marketings sowie die Schwerpunkte des Marketings 4.0 zu beschreiben und abschließend deren Chancen und Risiken zu erläutern. Es wurde sich dabei auf die Entwicklung im europäischen Raum beschränkt.Die folgende Arbeit gliedert sich in vier Hauptthemen. Zu Beginn werden die wesentlichen Grundlagen des Marketings und der Digitalisierung erklärt. Im Fokus des nächsten Kapitels - "Das Marketing von gestern" - steht die Beschreibung des Marketings des 20. Jahrhunderts. Darauf aufbauend wird am Anfang des vierten Kapitels - "Marketing 4.0" - ein Vergleich zwischen Marketing vor und nach der Digitalisierung durchgeführt. Anschließend werden die wesentlichen Entwicklungen sowie die Möglichkeiten des neuen Marketings beschrieben. Im Weiteren werden Kritikpunkte erläutert. Um das vierte Kapitel abzuschließen, stellt die vorliegende Arbeit die Chancen und Risiken des Marketings 4.0 in einer tabellarischen Form dar. Zu guter Letzt wird die Arbeit mit einer Zusammenfassung und einem Ausblick enden.

This is the first book to examine the growth and phenomenon of a securitized and criminalized compliance society which relies increasingly on intelligence-led and predictive technologies to control future risks, crimes, and security threats. It&amp;nbsp;articulates the emergence of a ‘compliance-industrial complex’ that synthesizes regulatory capitalism and surveillance capitalism to impose new regimes of power and control, as well as new forms of subjectivity subservient to the ‘operating system’ of a pre-crime society. &lt;p&gt;&lt;em&gt;Neue Technologien üben einen wachsenden Einfluss auf Vertragsbeziehungen zwischen stärkeren und schwächeren Parteien aus, wobei die Nutzung von Big Data bestehende Machtungleichgewichte weiter verschärfen könnte. Dies eröffnet neue Manipulationsmöglichkeiten durch die Auswertung großer Datenmengen. Während sich der juristische Diskurs bislang überwiegend auf das Datenschutz- und das Europäische Recht konzentriert, befasst sich diese Arbeit mit einer rechtsvergleichenden Analyse der Auswirkungen auf das klassische Vertragsrecht in Deutschland und der Türkei. It provides a sociological investigation of the police in India and how they use data and algorithmic tools for crime mapping. It discusses how ‘criminals’ are constructed in these systems, typically, the marginalised residents of slums and immigrant colonies. It explores how the algorithm reifies existing assumptions and prejudices about 'criminals' as artificial intelligence systems are deeply intertwined with the culture and beliefs of those who make and use them. It pays special attention to the discriminatory practices of relevant police officers and how this ‘predictive’ policing perpetuates harm to the most marginalised. This book contributes to discussions around big data and surveillance studies broadly.&lt;br&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
