Dart is an open-source Web programming language developed by Google. With Dart, Web programming students can write anything from simple scripts to full-featured apps. They'll work through a series of projects and launch a production application with Dart. In part 1, they start on a project and create and interact with objects that are defined around a list of international airports served, their terminals, and their gates. This will provide them with a easy to understand taxonomy of items, their corresponding hierarchies, and a discernable set of actions. In part 2: students will build a traditional synchronous web application. In part 3, they'll then be introduced Angular Dart and implement some asynchronous components.
Students will be introduced to a majority of the Dart language features that a developer will need to build a modern web application.
