Whispers in the Wild

Jim Codington's wildlife photography is a natural extension of his kinship and connection with animals. 

After a four-decade career as a veterinarian, Jim has traveled the world, including living with indigenous tribes in the Amazon, witnessing polar bears in the Arctic Circle from his perch on a sixteen-foot boat, and exploring the ancient ruins of Bagan, deep in the Myanmar jungle. From the eagle-training Kazahk warriors in Mongolia to a little girl reading to an elephant friend in the forests of eastern Thailand, Whispers in the Wild celebrates the magnificence of the animals, people, and landscapes that Jim has witnessed and photographed in his travels.
