Diese Arbeit beschäftigt sich anhand einer empirischen Befragung mit dem Einfluss verschiedener Faktoren auf die Wahrnehmung eines Native Advertising-Artikels. Die Untersuchung geht von der Annahme aus, dass sowohl die Stärke der Werbekennzeichnung eines Native Advertising-Artikels als auch die jeweilige Umgebung des Nachrichtenportals die Wahrnehmung des Rezipienten beeinflussen.Um diese Annahme zu untersuchen, wurde eine quantitative Onlinebefragung konzipiert, in der ein Native-Advertising-Artikel einerseits als Beitrag in "The Huffington Post", andererseits als Beitrag von "Spiegel Online" gezeigt wurde. Die Befragung orientiert sich an den theoretischen Erkenntnissen des Persuasionswissens, der Werbeskepsis und dem Konzept der Glaubwürdigkeit und wurde insgesamt 300 Teilnehmern vorgelegt. Nach der Darbietung des Artikels wurden zwei Skalen zur Messung von Persuasionswissen und Werbeskepsis eingesetzt.Die Überprüfung der aufgestellten Forschungshypothesen ergibt einen signifikanten Zusammenhang zwischen den beiden Konstrukten Persuasionswissen und Werbeskepsis. Weiterhin lässt die Auswertung der Studiendaten den Schluss zu, dass die gängige Werbekennzeichnung von Native Advertising-Artikeln derzeit nicht dazu führt, das Persuasionswissen der Teilnehmer zu aktivieren. Die erhöhte Werbekennzeichnung wirkt sich eher auf die Werbeskepsis gegenüber dem Artikel auf dem als seriöser eingestuften Portal "Spiegel Online" aus. Es konnte außerdem festgestellt werden, dass sich die Darstellung eines Native Advertising-Artikels teilweise negativ auf die Glaubwürdigkeit eines Nachrichtenportals auswirken kann. In diesem Fall verlor das seriösere Portal "Spiegel Online" im Vergleich zu "The Huffington Post" eher an Glaubwürdigkeit. Die Ausarbeitung liefert Implikationen für die allgemeine Rechtsprechung, für Nachrichtenportalbetreiber und für werbetreibende Unternehmen. Master's Thesis from the year 2021 in the subject Business economics - Investment and Finance, grade: 1,7, University of Hannover (Institut für Finanzwirtschaft und Rohstoffmärkte), language: English, abstract: In this paper, we examine how various modern multifactor models, such as the Carhart factor model, five-factor model and its complement six-factor model by Fama and French, the q-factor model by Hou, Wue and Zhang, and the mispricing factor model by Stambaugh and Yuan perform in the German stock market. It is discernible that, depending on the application model, like factor spanning tests, different sortings, return anomalies, sector- and equity fund investigation, they often provide quite similar explanatory power, while in individual cases sometimes one and sometimes the other model performs better. The underlying factors contribute differently to the explanatory power depending on the time period. Thus, in case of doubt, the six-factor model is preferable, as it is the most versatile model.Since the establishment of the capital asset pricing model as a cornerstone of modern capital market theory in the 1960s, new investigations and studies have been built on this model on an ongoing basis. This continuously leads to extensions and modifications of the asset pricing models since then. These models can be used in various ways, for example to explain the pricing of risky financial assets under restrictive assumptions or to gain important insights into the relationship between expected return and risk of securities. In this paper, we  aim to answer the overarching research question of how modern asset pricing models perform for the German stock market.  For this purpose, we first discuss the characteristics of the German stock market, followed by the milestones of the development of factor models, their empirical evidence and their factors, as well as internationally known return anomalies. In the subsequent part, five modern asset pricing models are tested in different scenarios of the German stock market, including factor spanning tests, different sortings, anomalies, sectors and in equity funds. For this purpose, various analytical methods are used and performed with the software “Stata”. Finally, the comprehensive results are summarized and concluded.

Die durch eine geringe Werbewirkung von Traffic festgestellte Bedrohung der wichtigsten Einnahmequelle der Werbefinanzierung formuliert die Frage nach der finanziellen Zukunftsfähigkeit von Portals. Projektarbeit aus dem Jahr 2020 im Fachbereich VWL - Gesundheitsökonomie, Note: 1,7, Hochschule Fresenius Idstein, Sprache: Deutsch, Abstract: Die vorliegende Projektarbeit beschäftigt sich mit der Fragestellung, inwieweit das E-Health Portal sundhed.dk in Dänemark die Gesundheitsversorgung des Landes verbessert und ob ein solches System auf Deutschland übertragbar wäre. Nach einer kurzen Begriffsdefinition, sowie dem Aufzeigen des geschichtlichen Hintergrundes werden die Funktionen und technischen Voraussetzungen des E-Health Portals in Dänemark erläutert.Im darauffolgenden Kapitel werden die rechtlichen Grundlagen dargestellt. Anschließend werden die Vorteile des Portals sowohl für das Gesundheitswesen als auch die Bevölkerung aufgezeigt. Im nächsten Schritt wird die Möglichkeit eines E-Health Portals in Deutschland betrachtet. Hierbei werden vor allem der geschichtliche Hintergrund, die aktuellen Gegebenheiten und die rechtlichen Grundlagen analysiert. Anhand der vorhergehenden Betrachtung der Umstände beider Länder und den daraus resultierenden Vorteilen soll abschließend eine Schlussfolgerung darüber erfolgen, welche Empfehlungen für Deutschland gegeben werden können.

Inhaltsangabe:Problemstellung:Der Mobilfunkmarkt in Deutschland hat eine lange Phase starken Wachstums hinter sich. Die Euphorie in Zusammenhang mit dem festnetzgestützten E-Commerce hat große Erwartungen hinsichtlich der zukünftigen Entwicklung mobiler Datendienste1 geweckt. Vor diesem Hintergrund sind auch die enormen Investitionen zu sehen, die Mobilfunknetzbetreiber in die UMTS-Lizenzen getätigt haben und die nun refinanziert werden müssen.Die ab 2000 eingeführten WAP-Dienste sind bislang jedoch wenig erfolgreich. Lange wurde nach der sogenannten ?Killer-Applikation? gesucht. Mittlerweile hat sich die Erkenntnis eingestellt, dass es die eine zentrale Anwendung nicht gibt, sondern dass es darum gehen muss, den Kunden ein ihren Bedürfnissen entsprechendes Anwendungsportfolio zu bieten. Daher wird der Entwicklung von Portalen eine zentrale Rolle zugeschrieben. Das Motto ?anytime, anywhere, anyhow? drückt dabei das Kundenbedürfnis aus, je nach Nutzungssituation, auf die gewünschten Informationen über verschiedene Kanäle und Endgeräte zugreifen zu können.Gang der Untersuchung:In dieser Arbeit soll ein mögliches Engagement von Mobilfunknetzbetreibern als Anbieter von Multi-Access-Portalen untersucht werden. Dazu wird diskutiert, wie entsprechende Geschäftsmodelle gestaltet und organisatorisch umgesetzt werden können, um erfolgreich zu sein. Kapitel 2 stellt den technischen und marktlichen Hintergrund künftiger innovativer mobiler Datendienste dar. Dazu werden grundlegende Begriffe erklärt sowie die technischen Grundlagen und die Marktentwicklung des Mobilfunks beschrieben. Besondere Bedeutung im Hinblick auf die künftige Wettbewerbssituation kommt der Konvergenz von Medien, Kommunikations- und Informationstechnik zu. Am Beispiel von WAP und i-mode werden zwei bereits realisierte Konzepte mobiler Datendienste vorgestellt. Aus diesen Entwicklungen werden Implikationen für Mobilfunknetzbetreiber abgeleitet.In Kapitel 3 zeigt das Konzept des Multi-Access-Portals auf. Nach der Darstellung grundsätzlicher Funktionen und Merkmale von Portalen werden die Besonderheiten mobiler Portale sowie technische Anforderungen an Multi-Access-Portale diskutiert.Kapitel 4 befasst sich mit verschiedenen Aspekten von Multi-Access-Portalen zugrundeliegenden Geschäftsmodellen. Once and for all it had become clear that the protection of human rights could not be regarded as any nation’s internal affairs. In Europe, Nazi-Germany served as a deterring case how a national regime could impose progressively worse treatments (from discriminations to genocide) on certain minorities, if no outside control provided an ultimate safeguard.The aim of the international law treaties signed inside Europe after WWII was to provide exactly such a safeguard and to integrate defeating and defeated countries into binding cooperation. One such cooperation took the form of the European Communities (most prominently the EC), another one the form of the Council of Europe (the organization drafting and controlling the European Convention on Human Rights (henceforth: convention)). In this paper using the issue of deportation of aliens I want to provide an overview on the position of a typical European country like Austria in regard to the obligation derived from the convention institution’s case law. ⇒ What is “deportation”?
