Towards an Economic Sociology of Law

Reflecting a developing trend towards interdisciplinary research in economics and law, this agenda-setting volume makes the case for the economic sociology of law - an emerging field that deploys the empirical methodology of sociologists to investigate the relationships between law and the economy.
