Reproductive Justice and the Catholic Church

Abortion may not always be a moral good, but neither is it always direct murder which carries the stain of sin and blame. Using a framework of reproductive justice and drawing on sources of the Catholic intellectual tradition, she argues that the Church¿s moral absolutism on abortion denies women¿s moral agency and violates human dignity.
