Machine Learning Perspectives of Agent-Based Models

This book takes the paradigm of Agent-Based Modelling in dealing with economic crisis and pandemics, and machine learning models to help in the description and prediction tasks. We live in a world of frequent crises with direct impact on the real economy. The recent COVID-19 Pandemic is one of the greatest challenges we face. Could we have predicted it? The book is  focusing on machine learning algorithms and provides several  applications connected to pandemics facilitated by codes written in  Python and R. Prerequisites required: knowledge of basic statistics and programming.
