Lew Owens

Lew Owens is the Chief Executive Officer and a Director of ETSA Utilities. He was appointed to that position in 2005.He was previously the Chairperson of the Essential Services Commission of South Australia (Essential Services Commission of South Australia) with responsibility for regulating the South Australian electricity and gas industries, the Tarcoola-Darwin and intrastate railways, and the South Australian ports. The Commission also undertook regulatory work on the South Australian water industry. He was also an Associate Commissioner of the ACCC on energy matters.
