A dazzling selection of flowers and foliage from the Marianne North paintings at Kew Gardens. A fine new art calendar from Flame Tree.
Royal Botanic Gardens, Kew, opened The Marianne North Gallery in 1882. It houses over 800 paintings by the incredible artist Marianne North, who travelled the world solo to paint plants and flowers in their natural habitats. This calendar features many flowers and foliage found in places such as Jamaica and Australia, where North travelled in the late nineteenth century. Informative text accompanies each work and the datepad features previous and next month’s views. Printed on FSC-certified paper, with plastic-free packaging.
