La gestion du temps et des ressources est devenue un enjeu dans notre travail quotidien. Le problème récurrent des agents de vulgarisation agricole pour la diffusion des nouvelles technologies auprès des agriculteurs locaux reste fastidieux, car le temps, l'argent et les autres ressources sont rares et limités. Il est donc important pour un agent de vulgarisation agricole efficace d'être capable de maximiser toutes ces ressources en utilisant le chemin le plus court afin d'économiser du temps et de l'argent tout en fournissant les technologies appropriées. L'algorithme génétique simule la logique de la sélection darwinienne telle qu'elle est observée dans le processus d'évolution biologique (division cellulaire, ADN, mutation, etc.) pour résoudre des problèmes. Ils sont basés d'une part sur une méthode heuristique d'ascension de gradient (sélection et croisement) et d'autre part sur une méthode d'exploration semi-aléatoire (mutation). Dans ce travail de recherche, l'application des algorithmes génétiques a été explorée pour le problème d'optimisation incarné dans le problème de transit des agents de vulgarisation agricole dans la diffusion des innovations et des progrès technologiques dans l'agriculture afin de réaliser la vision 2020. Une représentation ordonnée de la matrice des coûts pour 10 villes et chromosomes a été utilisée. Les résultats ont révélé que les AG peuvent résoudre le problème.

Algorithme génétique : solution étape par étape pour les agents de vulgarisation agricole

L'entrepreneuriat technologique est un concept qui est né de la volonté des dirigeants nationaux de développer rapidement leur économie en créant des emplois pour leurs citoyens. Les décideurs politiques encouragent, par diverses mesures, les citoyens à développer leur esprit d'entreprise, ce qui devrait déboucher sur des idées innovantes pouvant être commercialisées par des start-ups. Cet esprit d'entreprise donne naissance à de nouvelles entreprises, appelées petites et moyennes entreprises (PME), tant dans les secteurs traditionnels que technologiques, créées par des laboratoires de recherche universitaires ou par des entrepreneurs traditionnels, c'est-à-dire ceux qui ne sont pas domiciliés à l'université. Les nouvelles entreprises du secteur technologique sont appelées ' entreprises technologiques ' (ET). Le capital-risque est un moyen de financement qui soutient généralement les PME, en particulier dans le secteur technologique, par le biais d'une prise de participation. Cet ouvrage se concentre sur les problèmes de financement auxquels sont confrontées les ET lorsqu'elles commercialisent leur technologie. Il est très utile pour les étudiants, les chercheurs, les décideurs politiques, les professionnels et autres personnes intéressées par les questions liées à l'entrepreneuriat et au financement des start-ups.

Thus, pressure is put upon museums to strategically approach their competence needs, and to actively manage competence for the future, in order to secure long-term organisational goal achievement.&nbsp;

This book addresses the lack of research on strategic management and development of museums by defining, mapping and discussing competence management practices, based on research and a comparative case study across four museums in Sweden. Cet ouvrage tente d'examiner de manière empirique l'influence des récompenses sur l'amélioration de la performance des employés, ainsi que de déterminer les principes d'approches efficaces en matière de gestion de la performance à l'université Koya de la région du Kurdistan irakien. Un questionnaire d'enquête a été élaboré à l'aide de Google Form et distribué aux employés. 72 employés ont répondu au questionnaire et sept employés ont également été interrogés dans le cadre d'entretiens semi-structurés. Les données obtenues à partir du questionnaire ont été analysées quantitativement à l'aide du programme SPSS version 20 pour les outils statistiques descriptifs et inférentiels. En outre, les données recueillies lors des entretiens semi-structurés ont été analysées qualitativement à l'aide du logiciel HyperResearch. Les résultats de cet ouvrage ont révélé qu'il existe une relation positive significative mais faible entre la rémunération au mérite, les avantages non monétaires, le salaire, les avantages sociaux, les besoins des employés et la performance des employés. Il existe une relation négative entre les primes et les incitations et les performances des employés. Cependant, on peut remarquer que les performances individuelles ne sont pas récompensées de manière adéquate et que les employés n'ont pas reçu une formation suffisante pour améliorer leurs performances.
