The present textbook comprehensively describes the multidisciplinary management of complex defects in the head and neck region. Authors from various disciplines involved in head and neck surgery present clinical issues and their surgical solutions from different perspectives. The applicable techniques are described in detail and presented in an interdisciplinary manner.

A multitude of intraoperative and perioperative photos, as well as systematic drawings, contribute to better visualization of the procedures.
