Jaen-Luc Chenaux

Jean-Luc Chenaux is as senior partner of the Swiss law firm Kellerhals Carrard and co-leads of its Sustainability & ESG desk. He has extensive expertise in corporate governance matters and commercial transactions. He is also professor of corporate law at the University of Lausanne and vice-president of the Swiss Takeover Board. He has large experience as board member and is now chairman of a large insurance company.
