Dr. Julia Gamradt has been working in the realm of consulting, startups, and research organizations. The focus of her doctoral thesis at Friedrich-Alexander-Universität Erlangen-Nürnberg (FAU) was on conflicts and flexibilization in organizational transformation processes.

Dr. Ronald Staples teaches and conducts research at FAU with a focus on innovation, organizational change, co-determination, and digitalization.

Prof. Dr. Werner Widuckel is professor emeritus of human resource management at FAU. Previously, he served as the labor director and human resources executive at AUDI AG.

Matthäus Wilga, MSc is pursuing his doctorate in the field of Information Systems at FAU and is a research collaborator at the Cambridge Service Alliance at the University of Cambridge, focusing on the role of AI agents in service interactions and their impact on value creation and human well-being.

Michael Whittall, PhD serves as Trade Union Secretary at IG Metall. Prior to this, he spent many years researching and teaching in the field of industrial relations.
