Digital Transformation in Governance and Society

This book constitutes refereed proceedings of the 7th International Conference on Digital Transformation in Governance and Society, DTGS 2024, held in St. Petersburg, Russia in June 24–26, 2024. The 10 full papers presented in this volume were carefully reviewed and selected from 35 submissions. These papers deal with various aspects of Digital transformation in governance and society, focusing on digital governance, smart cities, and communication on social media, with a special emphasis on the experience of developing countries.
