                    In vielen gesellschaftlichen Debatten sind zwei unversöhnliche Lager entstanden, die im Feind-Freund-Schema denken und handeln, die aber zu Gemeinsamkeit und Kompromiss nicht mehr in der Lage sind.                     Gerade angesichts der Herausforderung der Dekarbonisierung und der weltpolitischen Lage mit aggressiven autokratischen Regimen auf dem Vormarsch können sich die demokratischen Wohlstandsnationen Europas und Nordamerikas eine solche Selbst-Schwächung nicht leisten. Eine Stärkung des sozialen Vertrauens und Zusammenhalts ist notwendig, um die Zukunft zu bestehen. Hierbei kommt der Wirtschaft eine Schlüsselrolle zu. Wir brauchen eine Ökonomie der Versöhnung.&nbsp;
                    <br>
                    Die Geschichte insbesondere des New Deals und der sozialen Marktwirtschaft hat gezeigt: Es ist möglich, über große wirtschaftspolitische Programme nicht nur gesellschaftliche Spaltung zu überwinden, sondern auch Frieden zu sichern. Diese Programme sind heute nicht wiederholbar – unabdinglich wird aber sein, in sozialen Zusammenhalt gezielt zu investieren. Es geht nicht bloß um materielle Besserstellung, sondern um umfassende gesellschaftliche Teilhabe und soziale Anerkennung aller gesellschaftlichen Gruppen.&nbsp;

Masterarbeit aus dem Jahr 2025 im Fachbereich Jura - Zivilrecht / Handelsrecht, Gesellschaftsrecht, Kartellrecht, Wirtschaftsrecht, Note: 1,3, Hamburger Fern-Hochschule, Sprache: Deutsch, Abstract: Die Masterarbeit analysiert das Spannungsverhältnis zwischen den Identifizierungspflichten der EU-Geldwäscheverordnung (AML-VO) und den datenschutzrechtlichen Grundsätzen der Datenschutz-Grundverordnung (DSGVO). Im Fokus steht die Frage, ob und unter welchen Voraussetzungen geldwäscherechtliche Sorgfaltspflichten datenschutzkonform umgesetzt werden können. Die Arbeit zeigt, dass bei konsequenter Anwendung der Datenminimierung und klarer Zweckbindung kein unauflösbarer Widerspruch zwischen Geldwäschebekämpfung und Datenschutz besteht. 

Diese Arbeit ist in mehrere Abschnitte gegliedert, die Schritt für Schritt auf die Beantwortung der Forschungsfrage hinarbeiten. In Kapitel 1 werden die Ausgangslage, die Problemstellung sowie die Zielsetzung und Forschungsfrage vorgestellt und damit der thematische Rahmen dieser Arbeit umrissen. Im zweiten Kapitel werden die Grundlagen der Geldwäschebekämpfung dargestellt und die Entwicklung der europäischen Regelungen bis zum aktuellen AML-Paket nachgezeichnet. Daran anschließend folgt im dritten Kapitel eine Einführung in die datenschutzrechtlichen Grundlagen mit besonderem Fokus auf die Datenschutz-Grundverordnung und ihre zentralen Prinzipien. Kapitel 4 beinhaltet den Hauptteil dieser Arbeit und untersucht das Spannungsverhältnis zwischen den geldwäscherechtlichen Sorgfaltspflichten und den Grundsätzen der Datenminimierung und Zweckbindung. Hier werden die Identifizierungspflichten nach der AML-VO analysiert und in Beziehung zu den Anforderungen der DSGVO gesetzt. Ein praxisnaher Lösungsansatz, der eine datenschutzkonforme Umsetzung der geldwäscherechtlichen Pflichten ermöglichen soll, wird im fünften Kapitel aufgezeigt. Im letzten Kapitel werden die wichtigsten Ergebnisse zusammengeführt und die zentralen Erkenntnisse im Hinblick auf ihre Bedeutung für Praxis und Gesetzgebung eingeordnet sowie ein Ausblick auf mögliche Entwicklungen gegeben.</p>

Critically examining the prevalent belief that microcredit alleviates poverty and enhances borrowers' self-esteem, <em>Microcredit Misallocation? Social Expenditure Patterns Among Poor Borrowers</em> transcends corporate requirements to recognize the social obligations and non-commercial needs of impoverished borrowers. In this book, Rao empirically analyses the data of borrowers in Telangana, India, who obtained loans from a public sector bank branch in Hyderabad and a state-operated microfinance institution (MFI) in rural Balapur, to evaluate their actual loan usage compared to intended income-generating activity. The principal findings reveal that debtors consistently prioritize their immediate obligations, with a considerable share of the loans being allocated to sustenance, festivals, and children's marriages, whereas health and food constitute lower percentages owing to the availability of free services. Other factors, such as the loan's intended use, the borrower's dependency ratio, oversight, and attitudes towards repayment also affect such loan diversion. Providing crucial insights for bankers, practitioners, and policymakers, the results indicate that inadequate evaluation of borrowers' holistic economic, social, and sustenance requirements, coupled with swift technological advancements, propel microcredit misallocation-related behaviour. MFIs must formulate improved strategies and policies informed by these variables to optimize resource utilization and attain long-term financial stability for small-scale borrowers.</p>
