Brothers Behind Bars tells the harrowing yet fascinating story of the imprisonment of the Muslim Brotherhood in Egypt--the largest Islamist movement in Middle Eastern history. From 1948 to 1975, thousands of members of the Muslim Brotherhood entered Egypt's prisons due to political clashes with the ruling powers, first King Farouk and later President Gamal Abdel Nasser.
