This handbook&nbsp;explores&nbsp;crime, deviance and punishment&nbsp;in the Caribbean with a focus on&nbsp;marginalized perspectives from&nbsp;scholars in the Caribbean. It explores the region’s unique&nbsp;cultural context and challenges, particularly the ongoing influence of colonialism. It also covers types of criminal activities and punishment, including&nbsp;contemporary and emerging areas such as cybercrime and white collar crime, as well as discussing victims and victimization, and crime and justice policies.&nbsp;This handbook builds on the&nbsp;growing field of interest in this region to establish a&nbsp;Caribbean Criminology.
