This book highlights that Mass and Proper Time, which are well-defined classically, have all sorts of conceptual problems when considered quantum- machanically. When systems interact, the masses change to include binding energies, etc., but are not treated as variables within the standard formalism. Similarly, proper time becomes an ambiguous concept when particles are entangled, or when they can take several different paths. But the formalism can easily be extended, so that they become conjugate dynamical variables, and there is an uncertainty principle between mass and proper time. There are many examples of this, but it is not easy to prove convincingly, since one can always experimentally change a mass-time relationship into a momentum-position one, which is well known. It is only in the case of unstable particles, where one sees a clear difference. The new formalism treats a system where particles can decay, even classically, which they cannot do conventionally. In this capacity, the theory merges into other situations where particles decay. But it is clear within this theory, that the mechanism that controls how masses change is gravitational, and so one finally has the possibility of merging gravity with the other forces of nature in a natural way. This can be accomplished by a natural extension of the principle of equivalence. The book describes how the theory naturally blends gravity into the other forces, providing a hope for an integrated theory of the forces of nature.&nbsp;The emphasis of the book is always physical, rather than mathematical, so that the theory does not seem to be an ad-hoc mathematical add-on to conventional theories.

EIN AKTIVER INSIDER DER U.S. ARMY ENTHÜLLT SEINE GEHEIMEN WELTRAUMMISSIONEN

Michael E. Salla schreibt: »Im Juli 2008 erhielt ich einen Anruf von einem jungen Mann in den Zwanzigern, der gerade aus Brasilien zurückgekehrt war, wo er eine Kontakterfahrung mit einer menschlich aussehenden Gruppe von Außerirdischen hatte, die er als Nordische bezeichnete. In den folgenden fünfzehn Jahren machte ich mir ausführliche Notizen und zeichnete viele unserer Gespräche über seine Erfindungen und Erfahrungen mit Antigravitations-Raumschiffen auf, die entweder Außerirdischen oder zu einem geheimen Raumfahrtprogramm der US Space Force gehörten und ihn an exotische Orte auf der Erde und im Weltraum brachten. Im Jahr 2015 begann er, mir Fotos von Raumschiffen zu schicken, die er entweder gesehen hatte oder in denen er mitgenommen worden war. Seine Erfahrungen mit außerirdischen Kontakten führten dazu, dass er von verdeckten Mitarbeitern der U.S. Air Force ermutigt wurde, dem Militär beizutreten, um ihm tieferen Zugang zu Geheimen Weltraumprogrammen zu verschaffen, was er Ende 2019 auch tat. Er dient derzeit mit Auszeichnung in der U. S. Army und hat die Erlaubnis erhalten, seine Erfahrungen in verdeckten Missionen unter der Bedingung preiszugeben, dass er seine Anonymität wahrt. Daher werde ich ihn JP nennen. Dieses Buch berichtet über meine Kommunikation mit JP und untersucht die gesamte Abfolge von Fotos, die er von Antigravitations-Raumschiffen gemacht hat, die zu einem von der Space Force oder dem Space Command betriebenen Geheimen Weltraumprogramm gehören. Schließlich stelle ich seine Teilnahme an mehreren geheimen Missionen vor, während er im Militär diente, und seine fortgesetzten Begegnungen mit nordischen Außerirdischen. Meines Wissens ist JP der erste aktive Angehörige des US-Militärs, dem es erlaubt wurde, über seine Erfahrungen mit geheimen Missionen zu berichten, bei denen es um antike Artefakte auf der Erde oder im Weltraum und um Kontakte mit Außerirdischen ging.«

MICHAEL E. SALLA ist Experte für Weltpolitik, Konfliktlösung und amerikanische Außenpolitik. Er unterrichtete an Universitäten in den USA und Australien und wird weltweit gefeiert für seine Verdienste um die Exopolitik, das Studium der Hauptakteure, Institutionen und politischen Prozesse beim geheimen Umgang der irdischen Regierungen mit Aliens.
