Bachelorarbeit aus dem Jahr 2019 im Fachbereich Führung und Personal - Sonstiges, Note: 2,3, Universität Vechta; früher Hochschule Vechta, Sprache: Deutsch, Abstract: Meine Arbeit soll sich zentral damit beschäftigen, inwiefern sich letztendlich das Human Resource Management auf die Pflegequalität auswirkt und als ein Indikator für die Pflegequalität betrachtet werden kann.In der Bearbeitung meiner Thematik werde ich mich zunächst mit der aktuellen Situation in Deutschland im Hinblick auf die Versorgungssituation, Probleme und Nachwuchskräfte auseinandersetzen. Der zweite Teil befasst sich mit dem Human Resource Management, dazu wird zunächst die Begriffsbestimmung betrachtet und die Teilbereiche, die darunterfallen, sowie die Besonderheiten des Personalmanagements in der Altenpflege. Es schließen sich die gesetzlichen Vorgaben an, um einen Überblick über die Rahmenbedingungen zu erlangen. Der dritte Teil befasst sich mit der Pflegequalität in der Altenpflege, beginnend mit der Definition der Pflegequalität und folgend ein Exkurs in die Komponenten der Qualitätssicherung. Anschließend wird konkret der Einfluss des Human Resource Management auf die Qualität der zu erbringenden Dienstleistung erläutert. Das Fazit und ein Ausblick bilden den Abschluss meiner Arbeit.

This has made it necessary for organizations to identify unique behaviors, competencies, and capabilities that excellent human resource practitioners should possess. It is one of the most difficult and important tasks for all management. It focuses on people dimension in management. Despite every organization is created with people, requiring its services, developing their skills and talents, motivating people to achieve higher level of performance in order to continue to main their commitment to accomplish organizational goals and performance. HRM, therefore, is largely important to practice and essential to main proper personal or human resource planning, recruitment and selection, as well as training and development, employee motivation, performance appraisal, and remuneration will assist the company to achieve its business success (Rudman, 2013).This essay will first explain the important role of human resource management practice and policies for organization. Then, analyze how HRM lead to improve organizational performance by undertaking the four main functions of HR assessments: Strategic HR planning, recruitment and selection, performance management, and remuneration. Finally I will give an explanation of how HRM real impacts on organizational success.

But, many countries such as the Asian Tigers have shown that with targeted, appropriate and adequate investment in human resource development through education, a society may be easily transformed from underdevelopment and poverty to prosperity and higher standard of living.  With Millennium Development Goals (MDGs), the international community committed for the first time as a whole to an expanded vision of poverty reduction and pro-poor growth, one that vigorously places human development at the center of social and economic progress in all countries. The MDGs also recognized the importance of creating a global; partnership for change. The Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), launched in 2015 over another 15 years long period, aimed at building on the efforts of the MDGs in the same perspective. That ending poverty must go hand in hand with strategies that build economic growth and at the same time addresses a range of social needs including education, health, social protection and creation of job opportunities.  Barriers and Opportunities at the Base of the Pyramid - The Role of the Private Sector in Inclusive Development, Over the years, the state has been bearing the major responsibility for human resource development in many third world countries, just as developed countries benefitting of a welfare state. But this trend is changing. Since the beginning of the 21st century, private institutions and organizations have gradually started playing a major role in human resource development, in particular through their engagement in the education sector. The goal of this research, therefore, is to demonstrate the role of private institutions in human resource development in developing countries and how such contribu-tions may be enhanced, the role of private institutions with regards to MDGs and SDGs, notably through strategic partnerships with public institutions and other private organizations.

Despite Smith’s repeated emphasis on the importance of sympathy as a fundamental characteristic of human nature, Smith is often only associated with the idea that individuals are driven solely by their self-interest. The reason for this association is that self-interest seems to be the dominant motivator for human behaviour in Smith’s book The Wealth of Nations. As a result, Smith’s idea of man is often seen as a first draft of the self-interested homo oeconomicus used in modern economic analysis. This paper will explain Smith’s much more comprehensive view of human nature, analyse how the ethics and moral aspects of the TMS and the self-interest of the WN fit together and compare Smith’s idea of man to the concept of the homo oeconomicus in modern economics.

Mit dem Wandel der Digitalisierung verändert sich auch das Verhalten von Nutzern und Nutzerinnen im Internet, welches große Bedeutung für Unternehmen und ihre Website beispielsweise hat, was die Wichtigkeit von Usability einmal mehr untermauert.  Um zu überleben, müssen sich diese den Nutzern und Nutzerinnen anpassen. Dies wird unter anderem durch ein möglich Nutzerfreundliches Erlebnis durch klare Navigation und klarem Design ermöglicht. Der Nutzer muss in den Entwicklungsprozess miteingebunden werden, um so auf die Bedürfnisse und Wünsche von ihnen einzugehen und dadurch ein komfortables und einfaches Erlebnis zu gestalten. Der Mensch und seine Emotionen sollen hier bei im Mittelpunkt stehen- genannt wird das Konzept Human Centered Design.

Master's Thesis from the year 2018 in the subject Law - European and International Law, Intellectual Properties, grade: C, Hamburg University of Ecomomy and Policy (Europa-kollege), course: LLM/EU Legal Studies, language: English, abstract: This thesis is about finding out if there is a possibility to consider reconciliation between Islam a minority religion and European law in regards to human rights.The aim is to understand the conflict between Islam and liberal political concept human rights law to present a picture that can show human rights protection in European society of which Muslims have become an essential part. Sharia law is taken as an Islamic legal and political manifestation that considered being in conflict with contemporary liberal political concepts like European Union and its laws.With the help of comparative analysis of Islamic countries both in a non European country and  a country that is a party to European convention, and historical practices of Muslim societies and regimes in relation to value of Sharia in Islamic civilizations and contemporary world. It was observed that Sharia has never been the primary source of legal and political fabric of Islamic rules  throughout the history and a larger part of Islamic morals and values recognize modern liberal political concepts and values such as constitutionalism and human rights which are also practiced in modern Muslim majority states like Turkey. John Rawls’ theory of overlapping consensus is used in support which says that a desired consensus is only possible if a concept affirms a political conception that is sufficient to express values under favorable conditions make a just constitutional regime despite other values may oppose them.

There are a vast number of challenges faced by MNC’s in terms of Human Resource Management – in the following simply referred to as HRM. Next to overall challenges like recruiting and hiring the right people for the right job and providing training to enhance their skills, there are many more challenges HRM has to deal with accordingly.After defining the concepts of work-life balance and work-family conflict, this papers goes on to discuss different factors that play a role in this concepts. The focus first lies on the demographic factors, then follows the immediate social environment and technology and telework, and lastly, additional work conditions. The next part of the paper focuses on the issue of work-family conflict and the resulting costs for the company. Logically, the ensuing chapter discusses ways in which MNCs can support the work-life balance.
