Cet extrait du Cours de Droit Civil Français, basé sur la méthode de Aubry et Rau et mis à jour en 1919 par Étienne Bartin, constitue une ressource juridique essentielle sur le régime des successions testamentaires et des dispositions à titre gratuit selon le Code Civil et la jurisprudence de la fin du XIXe et du début du XXe siècle.
