Art, craft and design are powerful resources for shaping management education curricula and can help educators and managers meet the demands of the 21st century. This book offers a synthesis and comparative analysis of just how they may do so. It is a guide for those already doing so and suggests further avenues of exploration with a special emphasis on leadership and managing organizational change, providing a crisp overview of where specialised interests can be located and seen in context
The book begins with an outline of the current state of management education and the changing demands of the 21st century and then goes to provide detailed exploration and exemplars of how art, craft and design may be related to leadership, management and organization. It will be of great interest to scholars and students of management education and arts-based methods in business, as well as educators and practitioners.
